\u201cDetroit \u00e8 la \u201cMotor city\u201d negli Usa, l\u2019hub dell\u2019automotive \u2013 ha aggiunto -, e l\u2019Italia \u00e8 il secondo Paese di provenienza delle importazioni in Michigan a livello europeo. Ma c\u2019\u00e8 un\u2019espansione che va ben oltre l\u2019automotive, con settori come l\u2019ingegneria aerospaziale, la biomedicina e il manifatturiero. C\u2019\u00e8 molto spazio per l\u2019Italia, e noi come consolato siamo ben lieti di aiutare le imprese italiane\u201d.
Quanto alle imprese che hanno un forte legame con Detroit, \u201coltre a Stellantis ci sono una settantina di aziende italiane importanti dell\u2019automotive e tante altre nei vari settori non legati ai veicoli\u201d, ha spiegato Baistrocchi.<\/p>\n
