Quella drammatica esperienza, i ritardi e le tante vittime nei centri rasi al suolo in Campania e in Basilicata impressero una forte accelerazione al processo che avrebbe portato, due anni dopo, alla nascita di una moderna Protezione civile.
A distanza di 43 anni da quella tragedia nazionale, il nostro pensiero va a coloro che persero la vita. Il loro sacrificio sia di monito e di sprone per una prevenzione sempre pi\u00f9 attenta e responsabile, a tutti i livelli\u201d.
