Van der Poel, grazie a questa vittoria, diventa anche il nuovo leader della classifica generale e domani indosser\u00e0 la maglia gialla. Yevgeniy Fedorov (XDS Astana), Bruno Armirail (Decathlon AG2R La Mondiale), Brent Van Moet (Lotto) ed Andreas Leknessund (Uno X Mobility) compongono il quartetto in fuga che, in breve tempo, guadagna oltre 3\u2032 di margine, ma viene ripreso a circa 50 km dalla conclusione grazie al prezioso lavoro dell\u2019Alpecin Deceuninck di Jasper Philipsen e Van der Poel.
